Clean instructions
- We recommend to gently brush or wipe clean with a cloth only.
- DO NOT submerge LED product into water, it can risk damaging the USBC port.
- If dirt has built up on the LED pixels. We recommend using a bit of rubbing alcohol. Please dip a cloth into the rubbing alcohol and clean just the LED pixel itself of any dirt and debris.
Storage instructions
- Lay flat or gently roll as originally packaged. DO NOT fold the red-light therapy device as it may cause led diode(s) to disconnect from its power source. Proper storage is required to maintain the warranty of the product.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from any moisture or damp areas, avoiding excessive heat and UV exposure.
Need to know
- LED product to be charged for 5 hours.
- Do not leave any LED product uncharged for longer than 6 weeks.
- Make sure the horse is not wet when using this product. This will reduce the chance of any water getting into the charge ports or LED pixels.
- LED product need to be disposed of in a recycling facility.
- Do not use directly over an open wound.
- Do not use the LED product if it has any kind of visual damage to the product.
- Do not shine LED light directly into the eyes. It can risk to hurt/damage the eye(s).
