Most new products can be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and all tags/packaging, for an exchange, store credit or a full refund. Online orders will get 21 days from date of receiving for an exchange, store credit or refund*

Bits can only be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging. For health reasons, we cannot accept bits back once they have been in a horses mouth.
