Picov's Accident Replacement Policy
We will gladly replace any helmet involved in a horseback riding accident.
See policy below:
· 20% off list price during 1st year of ownership
· 10% off list price during the 2nd year of ownership
In order to be eligible for a replacement, the purchaser must complete an accident report form.
The original helmet that was involved in the accident must then be returned to us, along with a copy of the completed Accident Report Form and copy of proof of purchase. (purchase receipt from Picov)
Note: the accident helmet will be destroyed.
Only one accident replacement per new helmet purchased is allowed.
No accident replacements will be allowed for a helmet that was received as an accident replacement.
The Replacement Policy for the helmet applies ONLY to a helmet involved in a horseback riding accident.
Any helmets that are customized with monogramming or “bling” will void the crash replacement policy.
Along with the accident report, the purchaser must provide their original receipt or invoice from their helmet purchase as well as a detailed description of the accident.
We will not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for helmets and replacement helmet shipment will require signature from purchaser upon receipt of package.
Shipping cost will be at the purchaser own expense.
